The Banks met each other while he played in the USFL for the Oakland Invaders, and she was a beauty queen, competing in the Miss California USA Pageant. He later went on to play football for the Dallas Cowboys. His experience as a professional athlete and her influence in pageants provide them with a powerful testimony they can draw upon for the empowerment of believers. They now partner in preaching the gospel and influencing people across the globe. After faithfully serving in Dallas, Texas at Covenant Church for many years, they accepted the call of God to the Northwest. They now live in the Seattle area with their five children: Danielle, Joshua, Joseph, Judah and Jeremiah.
